CMF Founder & Executive Director, Mala Mwense, founded and established the organisation as he is a British citizen of Zambian descent that wanted to empower the vulnerable community in Zambia with opportunities in education and Social Enterprise to assist in capacity building for its beneficiaries to foster self-sustainability and subsequently break the intergenerational poverty cycle.

Our organisation has a strong focus on empowering OVC's (Orphans & Vulnerable Children), widowed and elderly women as well as young adults that show the potential and capacity to do great things in this world but lack the opportunity due to their lack of resources and social economic backgrounds.
